Free agency client onboarding · by kitchn.io
One link for every client account your agency needs.
Send your client a single link. They share their Meta and Google access in minutes, without passwords and without screenshots, and you see exactly what is ready and what is still missing.
Built by the team behind kitchn.io, the ad launch platform for paid social teams.
Access request from
Northlight Studio
To run your paid social and search, Northlight needs:
- Meta ad account Verified
- Facebook Page Verified
- Google Ads Awaiting your approval
- Meta Pixel One guided step
No password is ever asked for.
Agency Client OnboardingA new client should start with a kickoff, not a week of “which Business Manager?”
Screenshots and back-and-forth
Clients click through five different admin screens, send the wrong ID, invite the wrong email and ask you to try again.
Nobody knows what is done
Is the Pixel shared, or only the ad account? Did the Google Ads invitation get accepted? You find out when a campaign fails to launch.
Passwords in chat
When sharing gets too hard, someone sends a login. It is the one thing nobody should ever do with an ad account.
How it works
Three steps, one link.
-
1
Pick what you need
Choose the platforms and assets for this client, and the level of access for each. Save it as a template for the next client.
-
2
Send one link
Your client signs in to Meta and Google themselves, picks the exact accounts, sees who gets access and approves it. No kitchn account needed.
-
3
See what is ready
Each asset shows its own state: verified, waiting for approval, or one step left, with the exact next action. Start work when it is green.
Made by kitchn.io
kitchn is the ad launch platform for paid social teams at agencies and D2C brands. We see every week how long it takes before an agency can even start with a new client, so we built the tool we wanted our customers to have.
It uses Meta's and Google's own sign-in and sharing, is hosted in Germany, and stays free: it is how agencies get to know kitchn.
For your clients
A link your clients can trust, because it asks for nothing it should not.
-
No passwords, ever
Clients sign in on Meta's and Google's own pages. Agency Client Onboarding never sees or stores a password.
-
They choose every asset
Nothing is pre-selected. Clients see each account by name and ID, pick exactly what to share, and see who receives it.
-
Access stays in their platform
Agencies get access through the platform's own partner and user settings, so the client can review or remove it there at any time.
-
Honest about manual steps
Where a platform does not allow sharing through an app, the client gets a short guide instead of a green tick that is not true.
Platforms
Starting where agencies start.
We launch with the two platforms every paid social and search onboarding needs, and add more in the order agencies on the list ask for them.
At launch
- Meta: ad accounts, Pages, Instagram, Pixel
- Google Ads
Next
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Shopify
- Search Console
Free. Not a trial.
Access tools usually charge per client. Agency Client Onboarding is free, because it is how agencies get to know kitchn. There is no card to enter and no client limit to hit after the third onboarding.

We are letting agencies in one by one. Create your account and tell us a little about your agency.
Questions
Do my clients need a kitchn account?
No. They open your link, sign in to Meta or Google on the platform's own page, choose what to share and are done.
Who receives the access, kitchn or my agency?
Your agency: your Meta business, your Google Ads manager account. Agency Client Onboarding runs the request; it does not become a middleman on your clients' accounts.
Does Agency Client Onboarding keep access to my clients' accounts?
No more than the flow needs. The access your agency receives lives in the platform itself, and removing it happens there, like any other partner.
What happens with access my agency already has?
It stays as it is. Agency Client Onboarding shows it as already there rather than asking for it again, and never lowers an existing role.
Is it really free?
Yes. Agency Client Onboarding is how agencies get to know kitchn. If a paid plan ever comes, the basic onboarding stays free.
When can I use it?
We are building it now and letting agencies from the list in one by one, starting with Meta and Google Ads.
